We have the following update regarding visitation for families at Regency Jackson. We have now entered Phase 2 of this process, which became effective Friday, March 5th. If the resident hosting visitors has been vaccinated, we will allow two family members at a time for in-room visits.
What To Expect
- These visits must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
- All screening protocol must be followed and masks must be worn upon entering facility.
- Once screening has been completed, you will be escorted to your loved one’s room and you will be allowed 45 min visitation time.
- Only three families will be scheduled at a time to enter facility.
We ask that families not schedule multiple visits at once in order to allow all residents to have the opportunity to see their family. Please keep in mind that there are still guidance protocols in place and we all need to wear proper PPE, sanitizing/washing of hands and social distancing. We are excited to bring this news to you and see the joy it brings to each family!
If your loved one has not been vaccinated, we will be following the social distancing protocol which will allow you socially distanced visits with screening protocols, plexiglass partition, mask wearing, and no physical contact. These measures are in place to ensure the safety of your loved one. These visits must also be scheduled in advance, and with two-person limit for each visit.
We will be allocating specific times on the weekends so that management will be here to schedule, monitor, and screen families. We will continue to monitor the situation as we enter into this new phase of visitation, and hope things will continue to improve.
