We have had a lot of fun during the month of November here at Regency. We have played a lot of Bingo, which is always the crowd favorite, but we have also introduced another kind of Bingo in which we use playing cards. This helps challenge the residents to think differently, and they all really enjoyed it.
We have done some painting, exercising, singing, trivia, and so much more! We continue to wear masks at all activities, and follow all social distancing guidelines to protect all of our Regency family.
We honored our Veterans on November 11th during our Veterans Day program in the front lobby. We sang the National Anthem, America the Beautiful, and God Bless America. We also had a special guest speaker via Zoom, Duane Dickerson, who is a Veteran as well. We recognized all of our Veterans with certificates, plaques, and cards. We closed out our program with refreshments for everyone.
