Recent Events-
Our residents started up a couple of new activities this October.
Several of our ladies either know how to crochet or would like to learn, so we began “The Crochet Club.” We meet on Fridays after lunch at 12:30pm, and are working to make hats to send to either St. Jude, LeBonheur, or to our local NICU at JMCGH. Our ladies are very excited about this endeavor. If you would like to help out by donating yarn for these hats, please contact Aprille Roberts, Activities Director at Regency, to find out what type of supplies are currently needed.
Also, we began a woodworking class, which was the first time for almost all of us! Everyone enjoyed it tremendously! We look forward to all of the exciting ornaments, crafts, and gifts that our residents will be able to make in future weeks as we get more experience and hone our craftsmanship!
