Mrs. Thelma Kemp is a native of Obion County who then moved to Rutherford, Tenn. She decided to become a stay-at-home mother and raise her four children, two sons and two daughters. She was married to her husband for 73 years, they had a wonderful life together. Mrs. Kemp is a very sweet person that loves to share stories from her life. We love you, Mrs. Kemp, and thank you for being a part of our Regency Family!
