Mr. Spencer was born and raised in Medina, Tennessee where he was employed at Milan Arsenal as a Equipment Administrator for the military for over twenty years. He was married to Mrs. Peggy Spencer and they had two children together, one son named Paul and a daughter named Katherine. Mr. Spencer enjoys fishing, bird hunting and exercising.
