Ms. Iva’s journey began in Canaan, Mississippi, her hometown. Later, she relocated to Olive Branch, Mississippi, where she contributed her carpentry skills to projects like the IRS building, Post Office, and St. Mary’s Episcopal School in Memphis, Tennessee. She shared her life with Mr. Raymond Snipes and they raised four children together – two sons, Wayne and James, and two daughters, Mary and Donna. Seeking to be closer to her daughters, she eventually moved to Jackson, Tennessee.

Ms. Iva discovered Regency and was so impressed that she chose it as her new home. She has been an integral part of the Regency Family for over a month now, and we couldn’t be happier to have her with us. Ms. Iva finds joy in activities like cooking, singing karaoke and bringing laughter to those around her. Ms. Iva, your presence is cherished, and we want to express our love and gratitude to you for being a valued member of the Regency Family.
