Tanisha is a caregiver who works in Memory Care and also in Dietary. She has been with Regency for seven months and she enjoys working with the residents, especially interacting with them. Tanisha was chosen as Employee of the Month because she goes above and beyond what is required of her and is always willing to do what is necessary to help her coworkers out.
