October – Employee of the Month
D’andra Gray is our one-of-a-kind Employee of the Year. She has worked for Regency Retirement Village of Jackson a little over a year, and takes extra care to make sure our residents are satisfied. Her impeccable work performance, high degree of emotional intelligence, and commitment to doing the best job she possibly can makes her a resident and team favorite. D’andra makes a positive environment for herself and others. She is respectful, and although she may not agree, she values the opinions of others. She is passionate about what needs to be done, and ensures it is done at the highest level.
